Zentangle

Zentangles are artworks that have different patterns within sections of the piece. It is very calming because it is so repetitive. You can create a recognizable shape or silhouette and fill that will zentangles or you can fill a page or abstract form.

The finished products look pretty cool, but zentangling is more about the process than the end product. Do not worry too much about what it will look like in the end, or get frustrated it's not perfect. Allow yourself to relax and enjoy pattern making.
