Did you know you can create homemade paint out of markers?! This is a great activity if you are wanting to paint, but do not have any.

Use your markers to color different areas of the foil. Add water to your paintbrush and gently pick up the colored pigment from the foil.

You can use this technique on other art activities that call for watercolor paint. It's not as good as actual watercolor, and you may see some blooming in your work.  But just embrace that added texture!
