Paint with tissue paper

The dye in most low quality tissue paper will react with water and transfer on to paper. Watch the short video to get the hang of how it works and then begin creating. You can cut the paper into shapes, lines, hearts, stars, etc.

If you do not have a spray bottle you can take a paintbrush and wet your paper with water before placing your tissue paper down.

Once dried this can be folded and used for the outside of your exploding card or you can use it in a collage!
