Go on a nature walk and make art

Andy Goldsworthy is a British artist, sculpture and photographer who makes site-specific art in nature. His environment and the natural elements all play an important part of how he creates.

Have you ever thought about who is the first artist? Well, God is the first artist. He designed and created everything in nature, from the complexity of a butterfly wing, to the bark pattern on large trees, to the colors of the sunset.

Take a nature walk (stay 6ft away from other families) and look at your surroundings. Collect objects you can use to make art with - different colored leaves, smooth sticks, interestingly shaped rocks, maybe a bird feather. Once you have collected your items, compose (arrange them) a piece of art from your natural objects and take a photo!

What you'll need:

Camera, bag or basket, be able to go outside to an empty area

Reflect on the creative aspect of God as you go on a nature walk and design your own piece of art.
